i LOVE this song and i love to dance to it in my room, blithely throwing around all of my clothes like a wanton drugstar.
recognize that rappress? it’s lady tigra from l’trimm.
their self-titled album came out in late june on friendly fire recordings, so go buy it!
pandora is great for discovering new music by artist or song, but if you want to discover music by city, there’s citysounds.fm, where you can browse the music scene of over 30 major cities.
citysounds.fm was developed by swedish music geekazoids Henrik Berggren and David Kjelkerud during london’s Music Hack Day. by using the audio platform from soundcloud.com they’re able to stream a constantly updated supply of city-specific music giving users an auditory travel visa to cities like belgrade, helsinki, london, even nashville.
fortunately there’s never a cover charge, so if you don’t like what’s playing in one city, you can hop on your mouse over to one in another hemisphere.

there is nothing i love to do more than to blast this song out my car, rolling down the street, laid-back, sippin on gin and juice:
charles aznavour- for me…formidable
i can listen to the shit out of this song:
nat shilkret- that’s my weakness
recorded in 1928
60s french pop at its finest.
joe dassin, siffler sur la colline:

marvel at this man’s charisma and head-to-toe white outfit here, but beware the shitty sound quality.
i love it and when i’m not singing karaoke, i’m thinking of new songs to destroy with my fierce vocals.
then i had an idea for a great karaoke trick: rick rolling karaoke!
sure you could only do it a couple times a night, but it’d be so hilarious if some schmuck was on stage singing ‘tell it to my heart’ and then quite suddenly, boom! NEVER GONNA GIVE YOU UP. now you have to sing it!
i just loved the clever idea at the macy’s thanksgiving parade where one of the floats delivered a beautiful rick rolling in an otherwise predictable parade that i hate.
check out what’s proposed for the next parade here.
